At Integral we pride ourselves on delivering the highest standards in Fitness and Leisure. Our clubs offer full leisure facilities, including pool, spa, gym, along with a dynamic class timetable to suit all of your needs.

How do I join Integral Fitness & Leisure?

It’s a really simple registration process and it’s all handled here on our website or with our friendly staff at our gym reception areas. Joining Integral Fitness & Leisure will take you 5 minutes tops! All you need is some basic personal details like name, address, email & mobile phone number and then your bank card/account details for payment.

Can I pay cash for my membership?

Yes! All cash payments must be made at reception to complete your membership registration.On line options are also available.

What equipment will I have available to me at Integral Fitness & Leisure?

We have a wide range of state of the art equipment. From mutiple cardio machines such as treadmills, steppers, cross trainers & rowers, to a wide variety of resistance machines for every body part. We pride ourselves on our extensive free weights areas which includes multi racks, benches, squat racks, bumper plates and lots of dumbbells.

I have a health issue, can I still train at Integral Fitness & Leisure?

Yes, but it will depend on your condition and medical clearance may need to be provided by your doctor/therapist. We have specialised staff that can help you. If you have a specific medical condition which requires specific training please feel free to call in and discuss, in confidence with any member of staff.

Can I bring a guest to Integral Fitness & Leisure??

Yes of course. All new members are invited to bring a friend or family member to any of our facilities. A complimentary guest pass can be got at reception or by calling in advance to register your guest.

Do I need a gym induction and how do I book one?

You can book your induction at a convenient time for you to attend (depending on availability). A gym induction is free! We do recommend that you book a gym induction, so that you get the most out of your visits to Integral Fitness & Leisure. Nevertheless, the induction is not compulsory. We do ask that you familiarise yourself with the rules of the club and to take note of the fire exits in the building.

Is personal training available at Integral Fitness & Leisure?

Yes! We have full time personal trainers available in house. To meet with a trainer to discuss your goals please call reception to book a time suitable to you. A list of personal trainers are listed on our web site.

Can I have a gym trial & tour before joining?

Yes! First time visitors can request a complementary free trial by clicking “Free Pass” on our website (T&C apply)

What age do I need to be to use the Gym area of the facilities?

All gym users must be over 16 years of age before they can access all areas. However Integral offer Teen Gym hours for those aged 14 to 16 years with limited use of the Gym area. Please check our timetable for more details.
