TEEN GYM PAYING & MEMBERSHIP
Access to Integral teen gym is for 14- 17 year olds, Monday – Saturday 3pm- 5pm at a reduced rate of 7.50 with the below restrictions , 13 year olds have no access to gym floor any more ( m and non m)
Access requires photo id showing DOB, this can be passport etc, saved as a photo on mobile phone
ID must be produced on every visit and may be asked to be shown on gym floor at any time
If members are under 16 and using their parents membership and have no print , they canbring in age ID and have a print made but only the teen gym restricted access button is to be given
Leave gym floor by 6pm
Access for 16,17 year olds outside of this time have no restrictions, but price returns to normal student price of €10
Access for 14 & 15 year olds outside of this time are student price of €10 & they must be accompanied a parent or guardian & still must be off gym floor by 6pm
Access to teen gym , at reduced price of €7.50 does not include the pool and the spa area for all ages up to 17
Restrictions with equipment –
14 & 15 yr olds – have access to all cardio equipment ( rowers , treadmills, ski ergs, assault bikes c/trainer, bike) , the astro but not the sled, the rig to assist body weight excercises ( pull ups, chin ups, press ups, abs , mobility, stretching ) , no access to any equipment including machines , cables, plates , bars, dumbells free weights section . No pool & spa access.
16 & 17 yr olds have no gym restrictions, no pool & spa access unless they have membership , or pay student price of €10
In short over 16 have no restrictions with the exception of the price change on Mondays to Saturdays 3pm – 5pm ( no pool access)
There is no teen gym going forward outside of normal teen gym hours for the whole calendar year , including all school holidays and summer .
This will be phased in over two weeks , all prior memberships will be coming of age soon enough so will have to monitor and gauge these .
This is black and white , no exceptions
Usual gym rules also apply , wipe down equipment , no mobiles , no hogging equipment , management reserves the right to refuse admission and to ask guest to leave if rules are not adhered to.
