Lockers

Lockers are provided at all Integral Fitness & Leisure clubs. Please ensure that all belongings are locked away securely at all times.

Integral Fitness & Leisure accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of any personal belongings while on the premises.

Lockers may only be used while you are attending the club. Overnight use is not permitted, and any items left in lockers after closing may be removed.

Bicycle Racks

Bicycle racks are available at or close to some Integral Fitness & Leisure clubs.

Bicycle racks are used entirely at the owner’s risk. You are responsible for ensuring that your bicycle and any attached belongings are securely locked at all times.

Integral Fitness & Leisure accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of any bicycle or associated belongings while on or near its premises.

Social Media Competition Terms and Conditions

Competitions are open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 16 or over. Proof of age may be required.

Competitions are not open to employees of Integral Fitness & Leisure or members of their immediate families.

The closing date will be stated in the relevant social media post. Entries must be received before the published closing date. Entries submitted after this date will not be accepted.

The prize or prizes will be described in the relevant social media post. Prizes are non-transferable.

There is no cash alternative to any prize. In the event of a cancellation, no cash refund or payment equivalent to the value of the prize will be provided.

By entering an Integral Fitness & Leisure social media competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any additional rules stated in the relevant competition post.

The competition rules and entry requirements will be fully described in the social media post.

The winner will be contacted through social media, either by private message or through a reply to their competition entry.

Integral Fitness & Leisure reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify entries that do not comply with the competition rules.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the online purchase and use of an Integral Fitness & Leisure gift card.

Purchasing or redeeming a gift card, or using our website to do so, confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Exchange for Other Products or Services

Gift cards and vouchers may not be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

Where a voucher is redeemed against a product or service of a lower value, the remaining balance will be retained on the member’s account.

Remaining balances of less than €1.00 or £1.00 may be paid in cash. All other balances will remain on the member’s account.

A valid, activated and verified gift voucher may be redeemed against another type of Integral Fitness & Leisure membership up to the value of the voucher.

A voucher may also be used towards goods, services or memberships of a higher value, provided that the customer pays the difference.

All vouchers are subject to verification when presented. Integral Fitness & Leisure reserves the right to refuse a voucher where it cannot be successfully verified or where there are reasonable grounds to believe that it has been altered, duplicated or obtained fraudulently.

Unless otherwise stated, vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with another offer or promotion.

Ordering an Integral Fitness & Leisure Gift Voucher

Integral Fitness & Leisure gift vouchers may be purchased online.

You must be aged 16 or over to obtain an independent Integral Fitness & Leisure membership. Anyone under the age of 16 is prohibited from using the online ordering system to purchase a membership for themselves.

Where a gift card is purchased for a person under the age of 16 who is not eligible for the selected membership, that person may be refused membership and a refund will be issued within 30 days, subject to these terms and the purchaser’s statutory rights.

Online payments may be made by debit or credit card only.

After purchasing a gift voucher, a virtual gift card will be sent to the email address provided during the ordering process. The email will include a gift voucher code for the selected product or value.

The gift voucher may be printed or forwarded to the intended recipient.

Physical gift cards may also be available from reception.

Once a gift voucher has been redeemed, the resulting credit or membership cannot be transferred to another person.

Gift vouchers and promotional codes may only be used together where the specific promotion expressly permits this.

Vouchers purchased online may only be cancelled, returned or refunded in accordance with the purchaser’s statutory rights and any applicable cancellation rights.

Integral Fitness & Leisure gift vouchers are valid for five years from the applicable date set out in the expiry section below.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Vouchers

Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.

Integral Fitness & Leisure accepts no liability for any gift voucher that is lost, stolen, damaged, copied or used without the owner’s permission.

Customers should treat gift voucher codes in the same manner as cash and should not share them with anyone other than the intended recipient.

Expiry

With effect from 1 December 2019, all newly issued and unexpired gift vouchers will expire five years after the later of:

  • the date on which the voucher was purchased; or
  • the date on which the voucher was last used.

For the purposes of these terms, “use” includes activation, redemption, topping up the voucher or making a balance enquiry.

Any voucher with a printed expiry date on or after 31 December 2019 will have a revised expiry date of five years after the printed expiry date, where applicable.

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any rights provided under applicable Irish consumer law.

Resale of Vouchers and Intellectual Property Rights

Integral Fitness & Leisure gift cards and vouchers may not be resold, used for commercial purposes or included as a competition prize without the prior written consent of Integral Fitness & Leisure.

Any consent provided may be subject to conditions imposed by Integral Fitness & Leisure at its sole discretion.

A delay in responding to a request for consent, or a failure to respond, must not be interpreted as consent.

Gift cards and vouchers may not be sold to third parties at a discount against their face value without prior written approval.

You may not use, reproduce or adopt any Integral Fitness & Leisure:

  • product image;
  • corporate title or business name;
  • logo;
  • designation;
  • service mark;
  • trade mark;
  • trading name; or
  • other intellectual property

without prior written consent.

You may not distribute gift vouchers or related promotional materials to a third party unless Integral Fitness & Leisure has provided prior written approval for all artwork and materials incorporating its name, logo or branding.

Variation

Integral Fitness & Leisure reserves the right to amend or vary these terms and conditions at any time.

Any changes will not affect orders that were validly placed before the revised terms came into effect, unless a change is required by law.

Continued use of the website following the publication of revised terms will be treated as acceptance of those revised terms.

These Gift Card Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
